Who is eligible for CHARM IT! Rewards?

Everyone! It's free to sign up for an account and start earning points. Plus, you'll get 50 points just for signing up!

How do I earn points?

Create an account and start earning points everytime you make a purchase: receive 10 points per every $1 spent. You can also earn points on your birthday, by creating an account, and referring a friend. You must be logged in to your account when you make a purchase in order for points to apply to your account.

How do I know how may points I have?

You can view how many points you have earned by logging in to your account and visiting “my account”.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you have earned enough points to qualify for a reward, a discount code will appear in the “Discount Code” tab within your “my account” page. When you redeem your points, you will receive an email with the discount code. Points will automatically appear as redeemed and are removed from your account when you activate your coupon code. Note that discount codes cannot be combined and only one code can be redeemed per order.

Will I receive points retroactively for my previous purchases?

No, you will not receive points retroactively for purchases made prior to our rewards program launch date of 7/23/20. You must be logged into your account at the time of purchase to automatically earn points. All account holders from October 2018 on were automatically enrolled in the rewards program, however you will not earn points for orders placed prior to 7/23/20.  

I just placed an order / signed up, but I don't see the points added to my account.

Don't worry! Sometimes it takes our system a few minutes to process and apply the points to your account. If you don't see the points in your account within 24 hours, please email us at customerservice@charmit.com with your order number and we'll be happy to help you out!

What happens if my order is returned or canceled?

Any points earned from that order will be deducted from your CHARM IT! Rewards account balance.
