We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $5 on all orders shipped UPS Ground, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii incur a $10 surcharge on top of the $5 flat rate, for a total of $15. Any order shipped Second Day Air, will have its rate calculated based on the size of the order and the shipping destination’s distance from our transit point in New Jersey. Please note Second Day Air orders do not include weekend delivery and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO locations. ShopCharm-It.com uses the United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship all orders.
Please note our business hours are Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Please note that processing time may vary between 1 - 3 business days. Refer to the UPS Ground Map provided above for an estimated number of days for delivery depending on your location.
We only ship to delivery addresses within the United States, including the District of Columbia. Please note we do not ship to Puerto Rico.
All orders are shipped from Fair Lawn, NJ and will be delivered as soon as possible. Refer to the UPS Ground Map provided above for an estimated number of days for delivery depending on your location. Note that shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed based on this reference. Additionally, while our turnaround time is very quick and most orders will ship the same day, shipping times may fluctuate depending on order volume. ShopCharm-It.com will email you an order confirmation. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include the UPS tracking # associated with your shipment.
If a package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of arrival. We will arrange for the return of the item(s), and a replacement will be sent to you.
In the rare event that your order never arrives, we must receive notification via email, within thirty (30) days of order placement.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit for the amount of the purchase, excluding the original shipping cost and any return postage required. The store credit issued is valid for ninety (90) days only.
All items returned must be received in their original condition, including the original packaging, in order to qualify for store credit.
Returns must be post-marked within 14 days of the delivery date.
In order to return an item(s), you must email your request firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Items returned without a valid RA# will not be issued store credit.
1. Obtain an RA# (See obtaining an RA# section above)
2. Securely pack item(s) along with a copy of the packing slip and RA#. The RA# must be listed on the outside of the package in addition to the enclosed packing slip. We are unable to process the return without a valid RA#.

Customer Service will email your store credit information. You are able to access any store credit information through your ShopCharm-It.com account.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any packages lost in shipping. To safeguard your return, we advise you to obtain a tracking number and package insurance.
1. Items damaged in shipment are exceptions to the original condition terms.
2. Sale and Clearance items are not subject to return.
